A bit about Scalyr
Scalyr’s mission is to build the best tool for engineers to understand their operational systems. Our CEO, Steve Newman, cofounded Writely (aka Google Docs). Frustrated by the fact that visibility tools - even Google’s in-house tools - weren’t keeping up, he started Scalyr to build a better solution. It’s lightning fast, feature-rich and customers love it. The opportunity in front of us is huge and we are still in the very early days. Your role as the first Sales Operations hire at Scalyr is to own the development and implementation of our Sales Ops strategy for our growing sales team. We are looking for someone who is analytical, positive, and ambitious. You will report to the Head of Sales and will be involved in all aspects of sales operations from--CRM/tool management, sales onboarding, to territory planning and commission tracking. You will partner closely with our Account Executives to ensure the Sales team is well-supported and well-positioned for success.
