Your opportunity

Our recruiting coordinator will be a key member of the recruiting team at Scalyr. We are looking for someone who has a high attention to detail and is able to understand how important the recruiting and hiring process is for the company. In this role, you will own all aspects of scheduling candidates, from initial phone screens to on-site interviews, with a keen eye toward the candidate experience. You will help manage the talent pipeline in Greenhouse, making sure we are providing a seamless experience for candidates. When time permits, you will also work on talent branding efforts, including events, social media strategy, and employee referral programs. 

Your duties

  • Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews including obtaining candidate availability, scheduling phone screens and onsite interviews
  • Facilitate the candidate's onsite experiences
  • Manage the day to day upkeep of Greenhouse and reports as needed
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates as they go through the interview process
  • Partner with our office manager for onboarding activities and ongoing employee support
  • Post jobs to external job boards

Your skills

  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, and handle multiple urgent requests simultaneously
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Experience in recruiting for startups is preferred
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse, LinkedIn and other sourcing technologies preferred
  • Self-motivated and hard working
