  • Work closely with the Head of Engineering and the CEO

Your skills:

  • Preferably 4+ years of engineering management experience
  • Experience building a customer-facing product, with a focus on the UI and UX
  • Experience building the web-interface of a SaaS product is a plus
  • Ability to create and drive processes for an engineering team
  • Ability to handle multiple engineering teams with 10+ direct reports
  • Nothing stops you because you are execution focused and enjoy making detailed plans to accomplish goals
  • You find yourself searching for the next head-scratching challenge to pursue
  • Helping oversee and direct projects for technical activities is something you constantly think about
  • You don't mind making additions to designs and changes to your initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, to include the ability to deal effectively with all levels of employees and management
  • You're a fan of developing and implementing policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed
  • Working with a recent startup is a bonus
