Your opportunity

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to play a key role in driving Scalyr’s growth. In this role, you’re keen to move fast and won’t shy away from stepping up to new challenges.

You will execute marketing campaigns that support inbound, outbound, and upsell efforts to generate revenue for the business - directly contributing to Scalyr’s growth. These campaigns span the full funnel of marketing activities (e.g. email, events, and webinars). You'll report directly to the Demand Generation Manager, and work extensively with the Sales and Marketing teams. You will also collaborate with the Customer Success team to engage both prospects and customers.

How you’ll make an impact and measure success

  • Launch and manage a wide variety of campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. paid advertising, events, webinars, and email marketing)
  • Support team-wide and cross-team efforts such as tradeshows and sales enablement
  • Report on campaign success metrics to the marketing and sales teams on a regular basis, including marketing-sourced pipeline

Are you our next marketing team member?

  • You have demonstrated excellence in customer acquisition across multiple marketing channels (e.g. AdWords, HubSpot, and Salesforce) and/or related school experience
  • You have experience working with B2B companies at in-house and or ad agency settings across various industries
  • You know how to work cross-functionally with different teams to get things done on time, and you want every program to be part of the bigger, more effective, coordinated campaign, which means getting on the same page with the rest of marketing and the business
  • You have an intuitive understanding of marketing performance KPIs and metrics, and their relationship to one another
  • Great listening skills
