Your opportunity

Feel limited with your current job on a narrow specific marketing practice, not it's your opportunity to put both of you creative and analytical skills into good use! You’ll be responsible for analyzing the best ways to reach our audiences with the most compelling content, ads, offers, and presentations/webinars. Rolling up your sleeves and working with agencies for maximum efficiency, executing campaigns and partnering with product to get the most lead-generation goodness out of our demo and trial offers, recommending ways to engage and gain trust in our community, optimizing our marketing and sales funnel, and testing everything we do. You will also be responsible for measuring and reporting on our progress – from ad and web conversions to MQLs, SQLs, and pipelines, and more – how can we optimize and improve regularly. This is a fast-paced, fast-moving arena, and we are investing in the right tools to be effective. This is an opportunity not only to excel at Demand Generation, but to build an exceptional integrated omni-channel marketing skills.

Your specific requirements

  • Demonstrated understanding, experience and passion in marketing to technical audience like software developers, DevOps, SREs
  • Familiar with integrated marketing concept and champaign for omni-channel marketing approach
  • Put your creative talent in use on campaign design, content copywriting, nurture flow, eye-catching promotions and messages
  • Put your data analytical hat on chasing metrics, optimize campaigns and performance, drive conversions to pipelines
  • Working closely with marketing & sales team to design, define and implement demand gen campaign and programs, establish best practice and processes
  • Knowing the difference between inbound marketing and ABM and be able to use them appropriately
  • Strong hands-on experience with MarTech tools like HubSpot, SFDC and familiar the AdTech major media platforms
  • Always testing and data-driven decision making
  • Comfortable managing vendors an agencies
  • Strong communication skills, superior writing and great listening skills
  • Collaboration and customer-focus are in your DNA, your program touch prospects, customers and cross-functional employees
